The formation and development of public relations has been around since the 20th century. Public relations are a growing area of development in the modern state. State and private institutions in today’s competitive environment are very interested in establishing relationships with targeted audiences, and they attach great importance to public relations in order to achieve these goals. Through public relations, public authorities and private organizations gain a positive attitude and confidence from their audiences. Organizations which want to compete better with their competitors, and have a good image and a long-term vision of development can do so through public relations. That is why this article deals with the history and essence of public relations, the more efficient construction, management and strategy of the government.
