Early-onset scoliosis (EOS) is a well-known orthopaedic manifestation in patients with myelomeningocele. The rib-based growing system (RBGS) has been proposed as an alternative for these individuals because of the poor outcomes with traditional surgical techniques. We aimed to describe the effect of RBGS in patients with nonambulatory EOS myelomeningocele.
