This research addresses the\udrecent accession of Brazil in the United Nations\udConvention on Contracts for the International\udSale of Goods (CISG), and investigates the\udpossible conflicts with national laws when\udcontracts are celebrated in the electronic\udenvironment (e-commerce). This paper will\udalso examine the application of the CISG in the\udcontracts that involve multinational companies,\udespecially those who own their site´s domains in\udseveral countries. Therefore, this study analyzes\udthe possible exclusion of these consumption\udcontracts and utilizes as a basis the Finalist\udMitigated Theory. However, this issue will\udgenerate controversy with the recent Senate’s\udBill N. 281/2012, which wants to modernize the\udCDC – as it extends the consumer´s protective\udrights to the international scope of e-commerce
