Em seguida, tem a abordagem das dificuldades de identificação dos direitos obrigacionais de acordo com a realidade contemporânea e os conseqüentes prejuízos para a concessão das tutelas urgentes, e por último, o que isso reflete quando a matéria for relativa às obrigações pertencentes ao universo da responsabilidade social empresarial.The present essay starts with an introduction to the issue under discussion and proceeds with a brief analysis of the elements constituting specific and early tutelage and their technical-instrumental differences. After that, the text approaches the difficulties to identify the rights obligations according to the contemporary reality and the consequent losses for the granting of urgent tutelages. Finally, it deals with the impacts when the matter relates to obligations belonging to the universe of social responsibility business
