To meet the challenges of competitiveness and achieve the conditions\udfor generation of innovation is necessary to ensure that the workforce remains highly\udqualified. In this context, corporate education is an alternative.\udObjective: To develop a method to analyze the relationship between process\udapproaches Organizational Intelligence and Corporate Education.\udMethodology: Theoretical construction performed based on literature\udreview.Construction a methodological approach linked to the problem of this research. Results: Identification of a set of common elements between the approaches:\udthe"Capture" and "Sharing" of knowledge and experience, the "meaning" shared and\ud"Culture" of individual and organizational learning.\udConclusions: There is a real connection between the approaches of the study.
