Educação ambiental: um importante papel da família

A nossa Constituição Federal de 1988 prevê o direito à vida. Mas não é qualquer vida que é assegurada em nossa Lei Maior e sim a existência de vida digna.Inegavelmente, tem-se que a família, em regra, representa o primeiro contato do ser humano com a sociabilidade e assim, essa vida digna deve começar a ser construída dentro da célula familiar. A função educativa da família atende a satisfação das necessidades dos seus membros e, como extensão da educação familiar, encontra-se a educação ambiental, que deve permear as nossas ações no cotidiano quando de nosso relacionamento com o meio ambiente. Todos dependem de todos para sobreviver. Portanto, a ação local de cada família poderá trazer conseqüências globais para toda a sociedade e determinar a existência da vida.Our Constitution of 1988 provides for the right to life. But there is no life that is guaranteed in our Higher Law but the existence of decent life. Undeniably, is that the family, usually represents the first contact with the human sociability and thus, this dignified life must begin to be built within the family unit. The educa- tional function of the family meets the needs of its members, and as an extension of family education, is environmental education, which should permeate our actions in daily life when in our relationship with the environment. All depend on everyone to survive. Therefore, the local action of each family can have global consequences for society as a whole and determine the existence of life
