В данной работе представлен обзор практических подходов разработки концепции цифровой трансформации Международного университета информационных технологий. Приводится описание подготовительного этапа и мероприятий по организации проекта цифровизации вуза. Дано описание модели цифрового университета. This paper provides an overview of practical approaches to digital transformation of the International University of Information Technologies. The description of the preparatory phase, and activities for the organization of the project of digitalization of the university.
