This paper explores the impact of the development of agricultural producer services on the transfer of rural labor force and its mechanism. Based on the panel data of counties in Anhui, Guizhou, Hunan, Shanxi, Zhejiang and Jiangsu from 2005 to 2019, this paper uses the fixed effect model to make an empirical study on the impact of the development of agricultural producer services on the transfer of rural labor force. The results show that the development of agricultural producer services is the key factor leading to the transfer of rural agricultural labor force to non-agricultural industries in the county. Further theoretical and mechanism analysis found that the impact mainly comes from the "thrust" effect brought by the development of agricultural producer services. The conclusion of this paper reveals that the transfer of rural labor force plays an important role in the transformation of China's rural agricultural economic structure.
