This paper analyzes and discusses the phenomenon of P2P mine explosion, and explores the reasons and factors behind it, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against the background of the development of P2P project, from no one's interest in market innovation to the barbaric growth to the establishment of more than 3000 institutions in only three years, which has become the bleak end of institutional bankruptcy and platform running.
