В статье рассматривается подготовка учителя к управленческой деятельности с целью формирования у учащихся коммуникативной компетенции. Приводиться условия формирования управленческой компетенции учителя, который должен управлять образовательной деятельностью обучающихся, позволяющих перевести это управление на уровень самоуправления. The article examines the preparation of a teacher for management activities in order to form students’ communicative competence. The conditions for the formation of the managerial competence of a teacher who must manage the educational activities of students, allowing to transfer this management to the level of self-government are given.
