O presente artigo objetiva discutirquais as perspectivas emancipatórias para ojuslaboralismo no cenário de crise do emprego,flexibilização, terceirização e precarização.Inicia contextualizando o cenário de criseno Direito do Trabalho para revisitar suagênese, em busca de extrair sua ontologiaemancipatória que é definida pelo seu caráterprotetivo. Desenvolve dialeticamente arelação entre a proteção legal e emancipação,para a identificação de novas propostasemancipatórias para o Direito do Trabalho.This article aims at discussingthe emancipating perspectives on the LabourLaw in the scenario of an unemploymentcrisis, as well as on flexibility, outsourcingand precariousness.
