With this document it is expected to analyze the Spanish situation in the fight against irregular employment and social security fraud, focusing on the Cooperation Agreement; it mentions the importance of the training of professionals in the fight against irregular employment and social security fraud; and investigates the role of the State in the fight against this increasingly widespread phenomenon in a globalized world. This work will be based on the study of the doctrine on the fight against illegal labor trafficking, illegal employment and social security fraud; and the Interministerial Collaboration Convention.
