Education is a powerful element in everyone’s life. It changes the life of an individual as well as contribute for the growth and progress of a Nation. Primary education is the first stage of education. The Government of India give free and compulsory primary education to the children between the age of 6 to 14. The main goal of education is the holistic development of the child. Students’ irregularity is an issue in many educational institutions. This issue stands as a hinder in the progress of the child. The present case study is an attempt to study the irregularity of student in school. The objectives of the study areto study the causes of irregularity of the student in school, to find out the factors affecting the students, and to study the impact of irregularity in his academic performance. The present study is based on interview and observation method.The primary goal of this study is to figure out what the factors of student’s irregularity are and how these factors influence his performance in his academic career.
