This paper investigates the financial performance of a few Indian housing finance companies. Several variables, such as capital utilization, cost, revenue, and profit margin, all have an impact on an organization's financial performance. This investigation has broken down the financial performance of HFCs for the top six HFCs in India over an eight years period. This report examines the growth of profitability and financial adequacy of HFCs, as well as their financial performance in terms of operating profit, net profit, return on capital employed, and return on assets. In this analysis, the F test is used in two ways to analyze the financial information of HFCs.
