Indian tradition foods are the best source of healthy and energetic nutrient food to the human.  Millets Recipe of India is also a one of the best source of nutrient food. Recently Junk food impacts on the Indian tradition foods. This junk food instead of providing strength and health it affects the health of human and caused to various diseases. This Paper Studies how the junk food impacted on Indian Millet recipes through the Questionnaire and direct interaction with 40 respondents from the selected areas of Tumkur City only.
