Happiness is the degree of the quality of an individual’s life. In the present study, happiness consists of 5 ingredients according to Martin Seligman’s PERMA model (i.e. Positive emotion, Engagement, Meaning, Accomplishment and Positive Relationship). Studies suggested that happy teachers will be able to perform their work more productively. Teacher's happiness is depended on many factors including job satisfaction and morale in their profession. In the present study the researcher used a correlational and prediction analysis design to predict the effects of the job satisfaction and morale on happiness of Secondary school teachers. The present study revealed that the job satisfaction and teacher’s morale of secondary school teachers of Dhemaji district have a moderate but significant effect on their level of happiness.
