Education is the foundation stone and girls are the pillars for the sustainable development of a nation. National Education Policy 2020 of India has touched life skill to bring forth some modifications in curriculum for mental well-being of adolescents, but an exclusive picture mode is missing in all life skill fields of studies. Focusing on the literacy on selected life skills through a contemporary creative medium, this article presents a new methodological approach in life skill training. Pictures generally attract children.A module with digital paintings on  life skill quotes was prepared by the researcher and after training of rural girl participants, significant difference in the calculated T-test value from the table value was observed in analysis. Thus result gave initial evidence within the context by the participants on the effectiveness of the use of digital painting in the module in training life skills selected for the study, which has great educational significance in mental health area.
