Mentoring is a very effective way of transmitting professional wisdom that is under-utilized in our organizations. With this work we tried to point out the importance of mentoring in organizations, research opinion of the employee about mentoring programes that is implemented in organizations, as well as some factors that influence on their opinion. This paper analyzes some conditions tjat should be met in order to optimize the effect of mentoring relationships.
