Women have ever played their central role in society development. Even they are primary caretakers of family children and elders along with prime initiator for outside assistance .It is notable that women as mothers play a key role family decisions and. History tells that whenever the economical and political system of a country changes, they provide leading helping hands to family members to adjust according to the new realities and challenges. So, the role of women in society transition pre-literate to literate is undeniable .The women have played a vital role to support their households and communities in achieving perfection in society. At present, it is need of the hour to provide women equal chances to their part in society progress and sustainability. This article will try to highlight women key role in establishment and existence of a just social system.
