La tecnología informática produce cambios que influyen en la sociedad, especialmente con la globalización en relación a la información, que presiona de manera dramática sobre un nuevo concepto de la privacidad. El tema no es señalar problemas, sino  hallar soluciones a los dilemas que presionan a la sociedad y la transforman haciendo de cada nuevo progreso una verdadera amenaza. Las normas jurídicas constituyen una parte  del enfoque, pero el conflicto se produce cuando el derecho choca con la tecnología . En ese punto, parecería que se delimita un espacio de lujuriosa libertad con un sutil anonimato y una diversión misteriosa que la persona humana había perdido.IT technology triggers changes that influence the whole society, specially due to the globalization’s effect in the information flows, which presses to define a new concept of the privacy in a dramatic way. The main object here is not to point out new issues, but to find solutions to the dilemmas that pressure and change the society doing of each progress a real threat.
