El estudio de esta materia y la observación de nuestro sistema y régimen de gobierno son objeto de explicación en los párrafos que siguen. También se analizan reformas que se puedan aplicar respectivamente a nivel de gobierno central, regional y local.A general view of Chilean Presidential structure and of its political system is the subject matter of this work. The Presidential exclusive initiative on certain legislative matters is explained. It also reviews the evolution of the power acquired vis a vis by the President, Congress, Judiciary and other Autonomous constitutional entities. Furthermore, several constitutional reforms for Chile are hereby proposed at a central, regional and local level
