The research methods and organization involve study and analysis of scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical observations, conversation, mathematical statistics.The pedagogical observations were carried out in the games of different sports clubs in Yerevan within the RA Football Championship. The chief referees serving the games of Armenian First and Premier League were involved in the research. Their main means of communication is considered to be the word and the whistle. While among non-verbal means of communication gestures and facial expressions (mimics) have been set apart. In the season of the 2019-2020 Armenian championship 15 games of Premier and First League have been recorded. The average professional experience of Premier League chief referees was 13 years, and the First League referees - 7 years.
