The research results showed that for long jumpers’ strength and speed exercises the core exercises are triple jump and quintuple jump by pushing foot from 10 run steps, ball throw from below ahead and back over head, Squat and partial squat with barbell, deadlift exercises, supplement exercises are considered to be long jump and triple jump, high jump by Abalakov method and front squat exercises. For triple jumpers the core exercises are triple jump and tenfold jump, triple jump by pushing foot from 10 and 14 run steps, ball throw from below ahead and back over head, Squat and partial squat with barbell, deadlift exercises, and supplement exercises are considered to be long jump and front squat exercises.
