Defining requirements have been formed whereby it may be possible to solve the issues of legislation and safety with respect to the specialization of industrial climbing. Some solutions have been proposed that may help in organizing the safe work of industrial climbers in the Republic of Armenia. The authors generalize ensuring the safety of an industrial climber at height as a job that needs, if not higher education, then secondary special and certification. Interpreting the problem requires close collaboration between the education system and security specialists.
