The article presents the psychological characteristics of the personality of coaches of various sports, which can be the leading indicators ensuring the productivity of their professional activities. Research objective is to identify the psychological factors that ensure the effectiveness of coaches’ professional activities in various sports, to describe the features of their manifestation and the interrelations between them.
