The main purpose of this rcscarch is to study a significant relationship between incentives and the level of employees' performance in college of technological scicnccs with application in program of management sciences during the period 2002 -2005: Filed study.
In addition the i>upose of this study is to test the following hypotheses : 1- There is a significant relationship between material incentives and the level of employees' performance.
2- There is a significant relationship between non* material incentives and employees1 performance.
The findings of study indicate that the first hypothesis is rejected while the second one is accepted .The study concludes with recommendations related to the Findings of study
