The purpose of this study is mainly to identify the teachers point of views on implementing teachingstrategies and it is effectivenessonlearning outcomes, the researcher designed a questionnaire consist of 30 sentences .targeted Khartoum state base stage (248) teachers. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach and then used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results showed that there is effectiveness in the implementation of the strategies in the students' learning outcomes. It shows also how it is intersecting to implement the strategies, the most important recommendations is to encourage the Ministry of Education to adopt teaching strategies to train teachers in the schools, and to raise the awareness- among teacher toward teaching strategies in the class room .
