This research deals with the definition of Sheikh Ahmed Zarrouk who explained the content of the letter, being a jurist Malikia, author of explanations approved by the Maalikis, as well as the definition of the letter and the author of the letter Abu Zaid Al-Kairouani, and the effect of Zarrouk's commentary on the letter of the letter on the paths of jurisprudence in Sudan through his method and methodology in the commentary. Research goals: - Introducing Sheikh Zarouk explained the letter. - The definition of the letter and its author Abu Zaid Al-Kairouani. - Explain the impact of Zerouq's explanation of the message on the jurisprudence in Sudan. The methodology of the research: the historical approach and deductive and inductive. The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Sheikh Zerrouq is considered one of the most important references of the Maliki scholars in fiqh. The book (explaining the message to Zarouq) is a picture of the brilliant images of Moroccan and Sudanese care. It is worth noting that our common scientific heritage is not filled with barriers and other results. The study concluded with a number of recommendations at the end of the research, including: Fatwa and explanations of Ibn Zarrouk in Maliki's jurisprudence serious study in theses scientific university, and renew the close scientific links between Moroccans and Sudan, which are solid links through the ages of our civilization bright
