أثر الإعسار في العبادات

    Insolvency is the person's inability to meet his financial obligations and credit;  it has many important effects on worships, many of these effects are a matter of difference between the jurists. This research aims at studying these effects and disagreements in a jurisprudent comparative study, with referring to the sources and books of the various jurisprudence scholars to verify, illustrating the sayings of jurists and their evidence and its deliberations, and give preference of each disagreement. Among the most important results, that this research finds is that criterion of insolvency varies from one worship to another and so the effects of insolvency likewise; the most important of these effects is the prevention of it initially and its drop after recognition, and transferring from specific worship to its replacement if found; noticing that insolvency has no impact on some whorships.
