The aim of this study is to identify organizational structure and organizational justice in Jordanian Commercial banks. The study, after presenting, analyzing and testing hypothesis related to (OS) and (OJ) adopted in Jordanian commercial banks, the study revealed a set of results, among which: 1-organizational structure dimensions have no statically significant difference on employees in the organization, and this is consistent with the concept of the need for achievement of individuals, which the individual does not look forward towards its achievement ,for individuals, and that individual does not seek to satisfy as a priority whether it relates to levels of applying organizational structure dimension either centralization, formality and so on .2- Organizational structure and organizational justice dimensions, when combined together, have no statically significant effect on satisfying workers for independence and power.3- Subject educational qualification has no statistically significant effect.
