This article presents the results of ongoing research on the development of models for the development of enterprises logistics systems in the building materials industry. Based on the identification of the key role of building materials manufacturers in the macrologistical system of the building complex, dependent and independent variables were determined for constructing economic and mathematical models of the development of the systems under study. The indicators for evaluating the enterprises logistics systems in the building materials industry were selected as independent variables in the models, the main development economic indicators of industrial and economic activities of enterprises were selected as dependent variables. The resulting models in the form of regression equations make it possible to determine the development directions of the building materials industry and improve the main economic indicators of enterprises by increasing the efficiency of their logistics systems.
