The article presents the main results of scientific activity in the framework of special-purpose programme financing, within the framework of which innovative. Methods of diagnostics and diseases treatment, limbs and spine injuries have been developed. They have been introduced into clinical practice of institute’s departments and into republic regions. Conferences, workshops, scientific products, the implementation of scientific and practical developments, training of personnel are presented in this article.
