In our previously studying(1) ,we prepared several compounds (oxadiazole ,thiazole, thiadiazole)- five membered ring which have a wide spectrum of bio-active characterization and properties and due to its content from sulfur ,oxygen and nitrogen atoms and significant pharmacological activities. Dental decay is due to the irreversible solubilization of tooth mineral by acid produced via bacteria that adhere to the tooth surface in bacterial communities known as dental plaque.
