Статья посвящена отношениям между органами советской власти и крестьянством на территории Енисейской Сибири в период отказа от принципов новой экономической политики и перехода к ускоренному строительству социализма. Автор, используя многочисленные архивные документы, показывает ужесточение налоговой, заготовительной политики советского государства, радикальные меры воздействия партийных, советских и «силовых» органов на деревню с целью изъятия её ресурсов на нужды советской экономики. В статье освещаются нарастание и основные формы повседневного сопротивления крестьян деятельности коммунистов и советских управленцев, выявляются степень распространения, характер этого явления и его политические последствия. The article published here examines the relations between the Soviet authorities and the peasantry on the territory of Yenisei Siberia at a time when the country's top leadership abandoned the principles of the new economic policy and moved to the accelerated construction of socialism. The author, using numerous archival documents, shows the tightening of the tax, procurement and other policies of the Soviet state, radical measures of influence of the party, Soviet and "power" bodies on the village in order to withdraw its resources for the needs of the Soviet economy. At the same time, the article highlights the growth and main forms of everyday resistance of peasants to the activities of Communists and Soviet managers, reveals the degree of spread, the nature of this phenomenon and its political consequences.
