В статье даётся характеристика театральной интеллигенции Южной Сибири во второй половине 1980 - х г г., рассматривается изменение её статусной позиции в условиях проведения новой политики. Определяется роль творческой интеллигенции в сохранении, передаче, преобразовании историко - культурного наследия коренных народов сибирской провинции - хакасов, тувинцев и алтайцев. The characteristic of the theatrical intelligentsia of Southern Siberia in the second half of the 1980 s is given, the change in its status position in the context of a new policy is considered. The role of the creative intelligentsia in the preservation, transmission, transformation of the historical and cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the Siberian province - Khakass, Tuvans and Altai is determined.
