A worksite lifestyle intervention aiming to improve lifestyle behaviors could be an effectivetool to keep older workers vital, and thereby prolong their labor participation. Therefore, this study evaluates theeffectiveness of such an intervention on vitality, work engagement, productivity and sick leave.
