The emerging perovskite solar cells (PSC) hold all of the qualities required for technology to become commercialized with the exception of some limitations which are hindering, especially their stability. PSCs have exhibited a remarkable improvement in efficiency from 4% to a new high of 25.5 percent in a few years in lab-scale test devices, marking the fastest performance improvement among all the PV technologies, however, their aging life reduces with an increase in efficiency. This paper reports on the production of Perovskite solar cells (PSC) employing Methyl Ammonium Lead Iodide as a light harvester to produce Perovskite solar cells, as well as their I-V response when exposed under full sun Solar Simulator.
