Four-dimensional education is a profound strategic dialogue about education. By questioning the often tacit and outdated agreement on what should be learned in school / university, the authors clearly demonstrate the systemic limitations that make up the curriculum. The analytical researches of the professional training curriculum indicate that the trainings must be within the established standards or exceed the limits in the direction of modernization, formation of the creative, innovative spirit. Four-dimensional training encourages both innovative ways of thinking. Disciplinary curricula should be based on the study of complex phenomena / processes, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary and trans disciplinary uses, as well as modern teaching methods, using the advantages of digital educational environments. The purpose of the investigation is to substantiate the priorities, objectives and educational principles advanced in terms of compliance with the structure and quality of professional graduates in accordance with the requirements of employers and the future labor market.
