It is revealed that today digitalization is considered as a systemic factor of socioeconomic development. It is determined that the reasons for this are the synergetic andparadigmatic development of digitalization itself. Ensuring its effectiveness requires effective legal regulation. In this context, the state of such regulation in Ukraine and thedirections of its development within the relevant state policy are studied.
