Based on the results of the research, the most important conclusion is that due to the high cost of dental care (especially due to the high cost of dental materials), most of the socially vulnerable people do not receive such care today. We consider it possible for the Social Department of the Ministry of Health as well as the Social Assistance Departments of the cities to increase the budget funds to solve this problem.
