System defect of me combined schemes of the Rikoti road-transport tunnel ventilation is show. Particularly, in the case of widespread fire the direction of air current, as well as is rate is not defined by fans but by air draught head caused with fire and is about 30 times stronger than static head of the strongers fans . The main trend of up-dating of the Rikoti road transport tunnel ventilation system is the substitution of combined ventilation scheme with longitudinal ventilation scheme.
