Mathematical modelling of heat exchange was carried out in the system: thermal waters-rocks-mine air with a view to determining the dimensionless temperature of the walls of underground working with thermal waters. The following formula is proposed as a result. where are empirical coefficients the values of which are given in the paper; F0 is the Fourier number; Bi the criteria of the Biot boundary conditions.
