Pakistan has been established on ideological foundations. Islam is also the state religion. Therefore, it is the constitutional responsibility of the state to establish and maintain every aspect of life in the country viewing Islamic Guiding Principles. In this context, to provide education and promotion of Islamic ethical values through education is considered obligatory. Character Building of the students is also an integral part of the education. Educational institutions are contributing to the advancement of knowledge, but a certain culture is being imposed globally and its effects in various spheres of life are becoming noticeable. This civilization also affected the education sector. In this scenario, other priorities are becoming more important other than character building and ethical values in the goals of educational institutes. That is why the immoral and unethical conduct within the educational institutions is observed on a daily basis. The Council of Islamic Ideology Pakistan, which is the constitutional body of country, has presented satisfactory solution of such as problems. In order to address these problems and to find their effective solutions, it would be more appropriate not only to take into account the recommendations of the council but also to take action accordingly that is the focus of this article.
