Hazrat Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) leadership style within the state of Madinah provides us complete code for the national leadership. This principal Islamic state of Madinah is the best example for Muslim countries to ascertain an Islamic state. The leadership model of Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) has been applied to variety of areas before, but this article provides an Islamic leadership model where there is a completely unique accountability perspective and to keep the leaders within prescribed norms and values. It also specifies best leadership model to make sure the correct use of authority and resources entrusted to leadership.
