Sustainable development is a principle of organizing the development of a country, an inevitable imperative of planning, and planning is a principle of organizing land use planning through a series of legislative reforms. The normative sphere of sustainable planning is an unprecedented opportunity between development and the environment in terms of ensuring territorial cohesion. As a country develops, planning becomes more and more important. A dynamic development involves making more and more decisions that need to be coordinated and correlated. As a country's economy grows, planning capacity needs to be developed and decisionmaking needs to be streamlined at all administrative levels.
