The purpose of this paper is to understand how a system for publishing on the Internet can be thought of and how its elements relate theirself, since the logic of thought of the French philosopher Gilbert Simondon (1958). Simondon systematizes the technical object in element, subject and joint, starting from the simplest level to the more composed.
