O CORPO EM PERSPECTIVA – REFLEXÕES FENOMENOLÓGICAS SOBRE OS PRIMEIROS ESCRITOS DE MERLEAU-PONTY

In this article, we intend to show how Merleau-Ponty’s reflections originated in Husserlian phenomenology without, however, being restricted by its general outline. This is due to his assimilation of the contemporaneous works of the Gestalt theorists, and to his original analysis of Husserl’s work, an analysis which draws its inspiration from a certain tradition that endeavors to think the concrete. We will begin with Merleau-Ponty’s definition of phenomenology and the necessity of retrieving a “lived world”, a discussion that will allow us to enter into his debate with the Gestalt theorists. In turn, this will enable us to see how he restructured his reading of Husserl, leading him to think the subject of perception in bodily terms. Neste artigo, pretendo mostrar como Merleau-Ponty parte da fenomenologia husserliana sem com isso se restringir às suas linhas. Isso se deve, em larga medida, a uma incorporação dos trabalhos gestaltistas contemporâneo ao filósofo além de uma análise original do trabalho de Husserl via uma tradição que pretende pensar o concreto. Começaremos traçando a definição merleau-pontyana da fenomenologia e com isso, a necessidade do filósofo de resgatar um “mundo vivido” para depois entrarmos na discussão com os gestaltistas. Com isso em mãos, podemos vislumbrar como sua leitura de Husserl é rearticulada, levando-o a pensar num sujeito da percepção em termos corporais
