The purpose of this paper is to examine the places of the performativity constituted by the enunciative position of the President Dilma in the relationships she establishes with the Brazilian mothers and the tone this performativity acquires in the \udspeech addressed to these mothers, on national TV chain and radio, on the night of May 13th, 2012, considering the institutional position she takes, the President may get herself other places to say that also authorize her to speak as woman and mother. For \udthis analysis, we based ourselves on the studies about the performativity developed by Émile Benveniste (1995), Oswald Ducrot (1977, 1987) and Eduardo Guimarães (1996, 2011), observing how these authors, through their theoretical views that constitute them, defining and applying the performativity
