Today, a wide range of measures are used in international practice to combat the spread of ideas of destructive associations. One of the significant directions of the sphere is the introduction of various methods for identifying and recognizing persons who have been exposed to destructive currents. The relevance lies in international experience, which shows that various institutions are engaged in identifying victims of destructive movements. The resources of public organizations (churches, NGOs, etc.) and state structures, mainly law enforcement, are often used. It should be noted that in this area, in most cases, monitoring activities are carried out when individual public or state institutions conduct a continuous monitoring process through various tools. The key purpose of this article is to collect and analyze information about the rehabilitation of persons affected by the activities of destructive associations.Keywords: terrorism, security, radicalism, religious extremism, world experience.
