The concept of constricting IOT (Internet of Things) system was born for purpose of enhancingquality of life for individuals, improving implementation of works, increasing productivity, anddeliver all services in efficient, and ubiquitous way .The core idea of this technology is to embeddifferent type of sensors along with devices to gather information ,and perform action based onanalysis of that information .This research paper intended to highlight following points: conceptof IOT, how does it work, layers of intelligence system, possible attacks in each layers, and majorchallenges associated with development of IOT along with its potential solution. Finally, it willdiscusses why IOT became common trend for a majority of institutions around world.
